The Benefits of 3D Trade Show Exhibit Design

Time equals quality, we tell our clients.

With a short two-week lead time before your show, we can deliver a basic pop-up display. Give us four weeks, and we can produce a show-stopping booth design that brilliantly reflects your brand.

However, we know that it’s not always easy to get internal approvals for a new booth, especially if it’s custom-made. That’s why FrontLine Exhibits uses CAD to produce detailed 3D renderings of our more complex booth designs, so you can see everything before you buy.

We typically start the trade show exhibit design process the old-fashioned way: with a few paper sketches. Senior Account Manager Chase Howells sits down with each client to talk about their business goals and discuss images and designs they like. From that conversation, Chase sketches out a few possibilities and Crystal Knispel, FrontLine Exhibits’ production manager, develops the graphics.

Once the conceptual drawings are created, we can use CAD 3D modeling to bring your booth design to life. Not only does the rendering show the primary booth components as they’ll appear in real life, it can include everything else: people, monitor displays, flooring and the actual booth furnishings. Multiple angles reveal how traffic will flow.

Sometimes everything looks perfect right away; sometimes, Chase says, “you start to see that it’s not exactly how it needs to be.” Adjustments can be made easily in CAD, so that what you see is exactly what you’ll get the first time you set up your new exhibit.
