Hello friends of FrontLine Exhibits! My name is Beth. I’d like to introduce myself, as I joined FrontLine’s show management team earlier this year to help coordinate trade shows for our clients.
When I first entered the trade show industry just four months ago, having no direct industry experience, my expectations were surprisingly limited. I pictured cold hallways, robotic interactions, and empty platitudes. What I discovered, however, was a vibrant community bursting with creativity and connection!
Trade shows are where your dreams become reality. Behind the scenes, countless individuals work tirelessly toward a common goal: making sure that when you step onto the trade show floor, your only concern is “How firm is my handshake?”. Our team meticulously plans every detail, anticipating potential pitfalls to create a safety net beneath you.
These past few months have plunged me into a world I barely understood before. While it can be daunting to learn a new language and culture, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and user-friendly the trade show industry is. For anyone new to this space, I encourage you to stay curious, ask questions, and embrace your creativity. You can lean on us to make the stressful easy. For example, the popularity of backlit displays has brought about confusion for the division of labor between the union electricians and the union carpenters. The various jurisdictions we deal with (states, venues, etc.) have addressed this issue differently, and we have made sure to keep our booth installations in compliance. There are a whole host of issues we’re sure to be on top of when our team takes over managing an event.
What I’ve come to realize is that trade shows are all about connection. They offer a unique opportunity for people to gather and engage—especially in a post-COVID world, where genuine human interaction is a precious commodity. You never know who might walk by your booth; your next big opportunity could be just a conversation away. Our mission is to handle the intricate aspects of the booth space on the front-end, so that our clients can focus solely on their goals for a successful trade show.
I’m thrilled to be part of this dynamic team and can’t wait to help bring your visions to life! If we can help your team with trade show planning in any way, please feel free to reach out!
