In Our Hands, Out of Yours – Asset Management Benefits

We recently announced our completed move into an expanded warehouse space after spending the last few years at capacity. This is exciting for a variety of reasons beyond just the ability to bring in more clients. After having to bite my tongue when speaking about asset management to many clients, I am happy to now be able to fully elaborate on what asset management looks like for us, and how it benefits our clients.

1-2-3 Ordering on our Client Portal

When you store with us, we load and track your inventory in our web-based asset management software. This allows our clients to easily allocate inventory for events, input all necessary show data, and even build out their show schedule in advance. This can be managed by one person, or each member in an organization can have dedicated logins. The calendar function alerts our clients when there may be overlapping shows, or insufficient inventory ahead of time.

Shipping and Logistics

With so many of our clients working hybrid and remote these days, there has been increased demand for us to manage shipments. In the new space we have recently handled a large 10′ l x 7’h crate and a small 8″ shipping envelope. We are able to store and manage any items in your “marketing closet.” We will also bid out freight shipments across our trusted network of shippers to get our clients the best, most reliable shipping option.

Fulfillment

Don’t sweat the small stuff. We’re able to provide over 1 million promotional items (check them out here), and a variety of printed literature options. We can fulfill these items independently and alongside trade show/event shipments. We count them, ship them, receive them and get them back into inventory. We can also set limits to reorder so you don’t have to scramble for promo items.

Rollouts

If you have a project needing storage, packing, and shipping for rolling out locations, we are set up and ready to help. This can be for a short-term or long-term project. We will box and organize all necessary signage, displays, or other items and get them to their installation location(s) on time.

Maintenance and Repairs

When you keep your exhibits and displays with us we are able to check them in both when we receive them and before they go out. That allows us to replace missing pieces and make necessary repairs between events. We also check out any electrical components like TVs and lights to ensure everything powers on and functions properly. If desired, we can fully stage the exhibits to hang new graphics or make layout changes. This is all to give peace of mind that when the booth properties arrive to the show, everything is accounted for and functional.

Access

If at any point someone needs to come by to bring items in, take items out, or check on their properties we can be available to do so. All property is held in a secure facility with locked doors, cameras, limited access, and is insured.
