4 Easy Upgrades to Your Booth Space

Your exhibit may be perfectly fine right now, but minor changes keep your booth space fresh. Take a glance at these four easy upgrades.

LED Lights

1. LED lighting: These lights will brighten your space and your graphics. They last for a very long time, and you don’t have to contend with constantly purchasing bulbs.

The lights in the above picture offer a bulb-less option with 50,000 hours of life. Their sleek look makes them work well in different environments. We’ve used them on retail displays, aluminum structures and portable/pop-up style displays.

2. Flooring: These days there are many looks and styles of flooring that offer a break from the drab show carpet, and more importantly, offer more comfort. Want to try a wood look? Or maybe stand above your competition on a raised floor? There are plethora of options that can easily set you apart.

3. iPad Accents: iPads have found a home in the industry, and the exhibit manufacturers have noticed. Because of this, there are ways to incorporate these tablets that fit the current aesthetics of most exhibit designs. With options to attach to displays or stand alone, use them however may make sense for your company.

Lounge Furniture

4.Furniture: This is another area, like flooring, where you can easily do something more exciting than the show standard (probably a table and folding chairs). If you have a small booth, swap the big tables for modern looking cafe tables. More space? Add a comfortable lounge area. Both will invite attendees to come into your space.

None of these options are too expensive. All can help your booth feel new to both your team and attendees. These categories are also very broad. I could show you catalogs of options for each of them. If you feel like you want something extra to help grab the attention of attendees at your next trade show, take a look at some of the options above.
